This is a reproduction of a vintage pattern for a pair of socks which were originally designed for service men for warmth, comfort and durability. They are knit on four needles with 4-ply Scotch fingering wool and include directions for single or double heel, and round or flat toe. The ribbing measures 4 inches and the plain knit leg measures 6 1/2 inches. Size to fit a 10 - 12 inch foot.
